Job Summary :
Working on behalf of many major household names, including large utility and financial services companies, you will be attempting to resolve debt issues by visiting customer premises.
You will also be visiting premises to establish occupier details, confirm meter readings and to make contact with customers where remote communication methods have failed.
Salary for employed staff is approx. £18K, Car allowance is £3500, a company mobile phone, iPad, PPE and Lone worker device is supplied.
We reimburse business mileage at the HMRC rate per mile for your vehicles engine, excluding the first 50 miles per day.
OTE £25 - £35K
Working hours are on a minimum 37.5 hours per week basis, although we require the field agent to utilise the correct amount of working hours to ensure their workload is covered on a daily / weekly basis.
Annual Leave - 20 days plus bank holiday (increases with length of service).
