Experienced Support Worker / Youth Worker required to support a vulnerable young person in a semi-independent living service based in Cannock, Staffordshire

Experience lone working with young people with challenging behaviour, emotional trauma and mental health is essential.

Shifts : Monday - Sunday Sleep-in 23 : 00pm - 7 : 00am

Responsibilities for you as the Support Worker / Youth Worker :

Supporting with the young persons curfew

Supporting with daily tasks such as meal prep, personal hygiene, increasing independence

Monitoring visitors in and out of the property

Incident reports

Ensure the safety of the person at all times

Promoting independence and position behaviours

Requirements for you as the Support Worker / Youth Worker :

Enhanced DBS Child Adult on the update service

Experience working with vulnerable young people 16+

Encouraging and supportive attitude

NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care desirable

Location - Cannock, Staffordshire
