MMP Consultancy are working alongside a public sector organisation who are looking to recruit a Data Coordinator based in London.
Supporting the Health and Safety Team, this is a pivotal role which ensures that all Fire Risk Assessment performance and data is accurately captured and recorded.
With the organisation looking to step into the next phase of its service and build a core of permanent staff to push the culture and values forward with customer satisfaction at the centre of the motivation.
Provide contractual performance data reports related to key client operational functions
Produce performance reports from relevant sources, performing data analysis and reporting effectively to Senior Management
Getting to know programme of FRAs, when they are due for re-assessment
Providing the schedule for reassessment to the FRA assessors
Checking that FRAs are carried out in line with the dates set out in our FRA programme
Entering the FRAs and actions onto the IT system being used to manage FRAs
Notifying relevant teams of FRA actions required / recommended and target date set for completion, checking the IT FRA system for actions carried out
Run reports from the FRA IT system showing actions carried out / outstanding as required
Supporting manager in the development of the New FRA IT system
Ideal Candidate :
Competent IT skills including previous use of systems including Sharepoint, Northgate, Keystone, or equivalent
Strong MS Excel skills, ability to perform pivot tables and VLook Ups
Desirable) experience of working within a Fire / Health & Safety Department for a public sector organisation
