We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and talented individual to join us on a part-time basis, working 3 days per week to strategically plan and deliver communication and engagement activities, which support MTVH to achieve its vision and deliver our core strategies.

Key Responsibilities and OutcomesLead on development of an employer brand proposition for MTVH, working with the wider Transformation and People teams, and senior management, to deliver it Interpret engagement data and provide insight to senior colleagues, making recommendations for organisational developmentSupport the broader Communications team to understand communications needs of colleagues and customers, and use this insight in decision-makingWork with the content function of the Communications team to create and manage a toolkit of resources for use in colleague engagement Partner with the People function to understand their priorities around, for example, reward, recognition, recruitment and retention, and ensure these are supported through our communications plansAct as a key communications point of contact for colleague groups and networksSupport MTVH to work openly, and give senior colleagues the confidence to provide their own communications content, through training sessions and supporting materials as neededCommission engaging material so key audiences understand and engage with our work (e.
