Salary (R1 Grade) : PhD pro-rata of £33,797 - £40,322 plus pro-rata of £2,166 per annum London Weighting

Applications are invited for a part-time Research Fellow within the Brunel Business School at Brunel University London. The post is funded by the UKRI to support the principal investigator in completion of the project.
The successful applicant will the join the Business School and contribute to a project focusing on the study of SMEs digital footprints and their ethical implications during the Covid 19 outbreak and beyond.
The post holder will support data analysis and conduct independent desk-based research, literature review and create report for dissemination.
You will also continue digital data collection by interviewing industry partners, decision makers and leaders in the area of digital policies and management of data.
The successful candidate must have a PhD in strategic management, HRM, innovation or a related subject. Though not essential, experience of working in a University research environment would be valuable.
You must provide evidence of independent, original research and demonstrate experience of planning research, preparing research proposals and negotiating contracts with little supervision.
You must also be able to understand various qualitative research methodologies including online data collection. It is essential that the successful applicant has good communication skills and the ability to work largely on own initiative.
You must also be a committed team-player and demonstrate a clear commitment to contributing to the research project and producing high-quality research outputs.
