Job Description : Role Purpose

Role Purpose

We are looking for a Technology all rounder to lead the design, integration and global template adoption for Procure to Pay for the Finance Technology Team.

Working closely with Finance Technology architecture teams and GPO teams to ensure alignment. Responsible for leading any vendor management relationships with Procure to Pay and any System Integrator.

Being the Technology figure head for Procure to Pay and being the first point of contact for all technology, integration and roadmap queries.

Reporting initially into the Director of Technology, you will form part of the FIT Technology leadership team and be expected to help drive awareness and consistency of the platform.

You will be a confident self-starter who has had experience with Procure to Pay in an architecture or integration type role.

You will be joining a wider Finance & Procurement Technology team Team of 130 people. Procure to Pays importance within the business is growing and this is your opportunity to lead the charge for Technology.

Key Accountabilities

Point person in Technology for the design, integration and delivery for Procure to Pay rollouts

Working with GPOs to define the global template design for procure to pay (in line with other global systems of record) and understanding where data is mastered.

Define the appropriate configuration to realise the global template.

Define and setup the management, change and operational processes to run Procure to Pay as a shared Global platform

Own and optimise the global licencing cover required for DAN

Be the technical authority for all incidents or issues escalated to the centre

Anaylse and interpret platform performance to improve efficiency and performance.

Review new CRs to the global template and identify the most appropriate configuration

Work with other team in Finance Technology to ensure alignment and consistency.

Own the relationship and work alongside third parties and system integrators

Manage Release Upgrades by understanding the new configuration and solution design, the impact on our business and updating training and other documentation.

Foster excellent relationships with our internal partners including the application support team, architecture, finance, accounts payable and local IT teams, and external partners including suppliers.

Support (and lead where necessary) new deployents

Ensure environment strategy is fit for purpose

Person Specification

Analytical, detail-orientated and with excellent judgement

Organised and prepared to make plans up-front, documenting steps taken

Work well with others excellent verbal and written communication skills

Technical background in Archecture and or Integration

Vendor management (technical, commercail and contractual)

Confident and comfortable to speak and present at senior levels.

Self-starter, proactive and keen to improve the Coupa capability

Be an ambassador for the business, connecting across internal and external networks to deliver the operating model and build the brand reputation of dentsu international.
