About the role We are looking for a 3D Animator Intern at Humanitarian Operations.

We are looking for someone who enjoys animation and is looking forward to showcasing their skills and be a part of an amazing team where they can learn and grow into the field of animation.

We need you to have Degree or qualification in 3d AnimationSolid experience in Autodesk MayaKnowledge of UnityOrganisation and attention to detail / accuracyAt ease with working in a diverse and fast-paced settingKnowledge of different video file formats and understanding of Lighting, Texturing, Modelling, and RenderingPassion, determination, and energy to excel in the Gaming IndustryDemonstrate knowledge of timing, posing, acting, and storytelling techniques.

Ability to perform visual and analytical problem-solving in 3-dimensional space, including the ability to accurately interpret 3D layouts and analyze the 3D form.

Well versed in the principles of animationUnderstanding of animation pipeline.Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve. About You Ability to work well in a team environment.

Highly motivated.Adaptable.Must communicate well and be able to take notes and direction Skills You'll need to show : artistic talent and technical skillsa good eye for detailcommunication and storytelling skillsability to work with others and to take directionnetworking skills and commitment to projects through previous work experiencean engagement with the industry from submitting work to festivals and competitionsthe flexibility to switch between several projects at once.

Must be from Greater London.

They also must have a laptop of their own to work from. Who are we? Humanitarian Operations (HOPE) started as a 'First Responder Disaster Relief Agency' onSeptember 1st, 2004, when the Bahamian Government became overwhelmed by thedisaster and destruction caused by Hurricane Frances.

The team has operated and providedmuch-needed assistance in every major disaster location since its formation, including theHaitian Earthquake, the Indian Ocean Tsunami, Hurricane Katrina, and the floods in India.

  • Itis impossible to quantify the number of lives that have been saved. Humanitarian Operations is now branching into our second mission;
  • to eradicate educationalinequality.

    We aim to make education widely available to every child in the world, regardlessof their background or location, and without prejudice.
