Your primary role will be to act as DWF's Account Manager on one of DWF's most prestigious clients relationships. This will be a very client-

facing role and you will be present at their offices in London regularly and will build your own network of contacts. You will be instrumental in ensuring we deliver on our promises to the client and further developing the relationship.

This is a new role at the heart of the business' strategy to further develop our managed services proposition and institutionalise our client base.

As an experienced and recognised subject matter expert in relation to developing and delivering strategic account planning methodologies and processes, your main priorities will be :

  • To partner with the Client Relationship Partner (CRP) to deliver financial growth across their portfolio of Key Accounts
  • To be an agent of change in relation to the way in which DWF leads and manages its client relationships to ensure greater value and a consistent and better client experience is delivered to the client.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong CRM / Account Management background within a professional services or B2B environment.
  • Strong networking and relationship building skills are paramount, alongside strong commercial acumen.
