Overview / Description
As a TESOG Planner you will be the focus point for customer queries. Raise and date purchase orders working with manufacturing and vendors to ensure we are running to schedule to deliver on time to our customers.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
What is the Job Holder expected to do?
Be the point of contact for your assigned product codes, managing all customer queries, determining what action to take and communicating as required.
Place, maintain and monitor purchase orders, making sure that product is delivered on time to our customer.
Progress and expedite late purchase orders / deliveries directly with manufacturing plants and vendors.
Complete daily standard work and maintain supply chain key performance indicators.
Maintain inventory levels. Monitor and track exception messages.
Work with all manufacturing sites, internal and external vendors.
Be responsible for actions and results and create a discipline of continuous improvement.
What qualifications and experience are required?
Be able to work as an individual and as part of a team.
Excel, SAP would be an advantage.
A logical and methodical approach to tasks.
A flexible approach and a willingness to learn new skills.
Excellent telephone manner and email etiquette.
