The opportunity

We are looking for a collaborative, hardworking Global People & Culture Business Partner to join our outstanding team! As a member of Global Operations People & Culture (P&C) and working closely with the global banking account senior leadership team, this position will facilitate transformational change through our HR and Learning & Development service.

You will be the key contact for the global banking account, ensuing that ISS P&C operating procedures are aligned with the client, ensuring the right talent, and the right workforce competencies required drive consistency and efficiency.

What you’ll do :

  • Act as day-to-day sparring partner and trusted advisor for the Account / Site Senior Leadership Teams. Advise and guide them on P&C best practices in collaboration and with support from P&C Region and Country organisations and global CoE (centre of excellence).
  • Drive and facilitate delivery of annual P&C processes in collaboration with CoE. Secure oversight and alignment of the deployment of key ISS P&C concepts and initiatives.
  • Manage a lifecycle framework that supports a high-performance culture with focus on attracting, retaining and developing people with the right skills, attitudes, and behaviours to maintain and uplift our service culture in line with the client’s vision.
  • Support crucial customer experience (CX) efforts and improve the ways employees work and the mindset they have about managing customer relationships.
  • Lead the creation and deployment of innovative learning and development projects, assets, programmes, and initiatives for the development of the Global client and ISS service culture, including employee engagement, well-being, diversity and inclusion, and all team member development related initiatives.
  • Work closely with managers to coach, develop, work on performance management and succession planning.
  • Be responsible for reviewing, improving, and implementing recruitment processes from end to end. Deliver recruitment objectives and work closely with the team to recruit into the business.
  • Ensure P&C related compliance across the account / sites including contract specific people governance requirements are effectively managed - ensuring all measures and mitigations are taken.
  • Leverage and share best practice across the account / sites and Group P&C leadership.
  • Driving P&C related compliance agenda in the account.
  • Be actively involved in the people part of relevant commercial activities at account.
  • What you need to succeed :

  • You will have a strong commercial, customer focused approach, who makes a strategic contribution beyond function.
  • Have generalist HR experience at Head of HR or HR Director level and be ambitious, keen to develop your career and take the lead of P&C on a global key account.
  • Extensive experience of managing change in fast moving and complex companies with strong consumer brands.
  • You'll have strong team management skills and be able to deliver a range of HR projects with support from the P&C team.
  • You'll enjoy being hands on but also able to think strategically and commercially, able to implement plans, confidently deliver and implement.
  • Excellent influencer and stakeholder management.
  • Professional and naturally collaborative and is a trusted partner to other senior executives.
