Curriculum Manager - Engineering
Full time (37hrs per week for 52wks per year), permanent
Salary; £42,420 - £44,440 per annum
Location; North Notts College, Worksop

In this key role you will have responsibility for the Engineering, Construction, Business and Digital Industries’ curriculum provision, commercial activities for H&S qualifications and Assessment Centres for Electrical and Gas at North Notts College.
The vocational study programmes include Engineering, Mechatronics, Joinery, Plumbing, Electrical, Motor Vehicle and Brick trades, Business and Computing.
You will be required to provide dynamic leadership in the day to day operations in of these areas. Working as the lead for these industries at North Notts College, you will also play a significant part in linking with local employers and Local Authority leads to contribute to curriculum planning to meet future skills priorities and opportunities and develop the higher-level curriculum in Engineering.
In this challenging role you will be required to have the skills and vision to continually develop the curriculum, ensuring that the offer meets the needs of learners, employers and addresses local and commercial priorities.

You will need to be a dynamic curriculum manager who can lead and inspire.
You should have experience of managing classroom and work-based curriculum within the Engineering industry and hold Engineering, management and teaching qualifications.
You must be able to demonstrate a track record of making improvements along with experience of leading and performance managing teams.
