Babylon is just getting started as a data driven organisation and this is an opportunity to be a key part of that process.
You will be working with Commercial, Marketing, Finance and HR teams to help them figure out what their users are doing and what they should do about it.
You’ll take care of helping them visualise their important data, helping them pull insights to inform product development, and helping them to design and interpret test results.
The initial work will be around making sure we’ve got the basics right. Over time, this will evolve into more sophisticated analytical work that revolves around longer term insight and customer modelling.
Requirements : - SQL - Python- Good presentation and communication skills also a factor- Essentially you must be comfortable pulling data from a DB yourself, using some more sophisticated analysis tool to parse it for meaning, comfortable with the stats underlying what you’re doing and presenting that back in a way that non-
analysts will understand - 3-5 years experience in an analytics environment - Experience coaching, mentoring junior analysts -
