We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced product marketer to join our business as a Product Marketing Manager.

You will lead the current state of the ITIL product portfolio, by leading the creation and execution of the annual Marketing Plan and the design of campaigns, working in coordination with Product Manager to segment audiences that will be the basis for the creation of the positioning and messaging for our product portfolio, to drive awareness, consideration, positive perception and ultimately growth of our portfolios, in line with business objectives

What you will be doing :

Lead the creation of the annual Marketing Plan, ensuring that it aligns with product strategy and roadmap while setting out clear marketing goals and objectives for the coming year

Manage and own the execution of all marketing initiatives, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring that the objectives defined are met and the investment provides the return expected to deliver business plan

Lead and manage the design of Marketing campaigns and be responsible for its execution, aligning the efforts of internal and external stakeholders, providing a congruent and clear messaging to our ecosystem, and most importantly, our consumer (end-users and organisations)

Developing marketing collateral to support sales of new and existing products, for all channel

Responsible for general market research to understand trends, behaviours, demands and expectations, to feed back into Product Management to help drive the development roadmap

Translates technical functionality into marketing messages that resonate with the target audience

Ownership of the marketing budget, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting throughout the year

Marketing Education

An excellent relationship builder with proven experience of effective stakeholder management at all levels, including senior leadership

Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment

Experience working with various marketing metrics and processes

Communication skills that facilitate collaboration

Interpersonal skills
