Job Description

We are working with a main car dealership who are looking for a enthusiastic, friendly Receptionist for their busy dealership.

This is a temporary Contract for a minimum of 4 weeks with Immediate Start

As a Receptionist you will welcome all customers visiting the dealership and delivering outstanding customer service, You will need to be able to build a rapport with customers, establish their needs quickly and assist in any way required.

Receptionist role :

Greeting customers, introducing to Service, Parts & Sales

Answering telephone calls and relay messages as required

Providing refreshments to customers whilst they wait

Keeping the showroom friendly and under control

Administration duties for the running of the dealership, holiday cover, sickness records, Health & safety

Customer satisfaction records

Must be able to work with initiative under pressure

About You :

Ideally you will have previous experience in a Customer Service role.

You will have an enthusiastic attitude and will enjoy a customer facing roll.

You will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

You will be pro active and enjoy working in a fast paced environment

Receptionist salary :

£6.15-£8.21 per hour

Receptionist Hours :

Monday Friday 8am 6pm
