The role Behaviour Mentor
I am working with this school in Enfield who are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic Behaviour Mentor to join their team this November.
The behaviour mentor that is successful will have strong subject knowledge and be confident in their ability to help students with challenging behaviour.
You will be required to help students both in small classes and 1 to 1 with certain pupils. This role is a very rewarding one but the school need someone who is confident they can sustain very challenging behaviour.
The school Behaviour Mentor
To achieve their vision, this school has set out very specific aims including, accurately assessing current learning abilities, identifying an individual learning pathway, for each student, securing re-integration, back into mainstream, when possible.
Ensuring all pupils make expected or better progress in their chosen pathway across all subjects.
