As Chef de Partie you will be need to be fully up to date with the latest cooking and presentation techniques, preparing fresh local foods for our guests.
Supporting the Executive Head Chef, taking the lead within the kitchen, inspiring fresh ideas and creativity, devising menus and mentoring the rest of the team.
You must have experience with pressure in a busy high-end restaurant and be accomplished at preparing and presenting dishes using fresh local, high quality ingredients.
