Are you a highly organised, strategic, and data-driven thinker, looking for a new and challenging role in sales? We are looking for an experienced Sales Enablement Manager (Lead) to drive and harmonize the sales enablement process across different business units and divisions across NSF.

You will work collaboratively with sales, marketing, and other key stakeholder to increase sales results and productivity.

What you will be doing :

  • Working with the sales organisation to design, communicate, and implement a new sales and marketing process
  • Being a liaison between the sales and functional / marketing processes
  • Being the key coordinator of the action plans for the sales engagement improvements
  • Working with analytics, building and connecting data to provide the scenarios to drive the business forward
  • Responsible for building a sales playbook a document that leads the sales, marketing, and operation business across our organisation
  • Design and implement an onboarding model for new hires
  • Implement common standards for documentation of processes using available tools
  • Working with our subject matter expert to create the training plan in our 5 business divisions
  • Working in close collaboration with marketing, sales administration, finance, and business operations to articulate the most agile sales and operational model
  • Being the leader to structure all the processes, harmonize them and manage this change until full implementation has been completed
  • Qualifications

    The candidate we are looking for :

  • Knowledge of sales enablement technologies, processes, and best practices
  • Capable to design on-boarding and training models for the sales organisation
  • Ability to design, write, and implement commercial processes
  • Strong analytics skills preference for knowledge in Power Bi
  • Experience with CRM Salesforce
  • Experience with Visio and other Microsoft Office and collaboration tools
  • Strategic, data-driven thinker
  • Excellent listener and communicator with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams
  • Project management skills
  • Ability to travel across the UK and Internationally where necessary (no more than 25% travel)
