EXCELLENT ONGOING WORK AVAILABLE FOR SALES ORDER PROCESSOR IN COVENTRY.

You will be working within a well-established company, offering support and guidance to customers in a polite and timely manner.

In return, You will receive an annual wage of £23,968, after a 12-week probation period.

Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to) :

Day-to-day office duties e.g. admin, answering customer inquiries,

Sale order processing of both UK and Exports.

Organizing shipments and transport for local and worldwide shipping

Liaising with third parts for shipping and dispatched,

Supporting and working with departments, including sales, logistics and tech.

Schedule :

Hours run Monday to Friday.

Monday to Thursday 08 : 30 till 17 : 00

Friday 08 : 30 till 15 : 00.

To be considered, we ask that :

2 years experience working in a similar position,

Experience working with international sales,

Knowledge of Intocterm and export paperwork (invoicing, packing list and DGN).

You must be organized and be able to manage your own workload,

Have an eye for accuracy,

You must have experience working with Microsoft Office
