We’re growing and now looking for a Research and Reporting Analyst to support with planning and research to enable the global sales team to succeed and the business to achieve financial targets.

What experience / skills do you need?

  • At least 2 year’s experience (commercial or academic) in performing research and analysis
  • 2+ years of correlating (commercial or academic) detailed research into synthesized summary reports
  • Experience with conducting research online and via surveys
  • Competent using Google and / or office suite- specifically Sheets or Ms Excel and Slides / PowerPoint
  • The ability to communicate effectively with a range of audiences
  • It's a bonus if you also have :

  • A degree in business, technology or Analytics
  • Experience in the Digital Industry
  • A background in Business Analysis or UX
  • Sales experience
  • What will you do?

    You’ll join a small growing global strategic solutions team based in the US, UK and Dubai whose role is to support delivering the right solutions that provide great experiences that customer love.

    Responsibilities include :

  • Assist in performing research; researching, analyzing, interpreting, and presenting data related to markets, operations, economics, customers, tools and other information
  • Creation of internal presentations : contribute monthly to the Monthly Communications staff presentation, sales team meetings and those as directed by the Senior Management Team(s).
  • Help shape and run the overall GST processes; examples include the creation of automated reporting processes to eliminate / reduce double entry, collecting and organizing GST related collateral;
  • updating the workflow tool to pull simple data,

  • Development of new reporting, samples include : Soon to be late tasks and deliverables; GST request management, Win / loss disposition and rationale, CSat, Transition schedule and disposition.
  • Advise better more efficient methods to develop the current standard weekly reports for Senior Management meetings, examples include inflight work status;
  • Team Goals & Metrics; Utilization.
