We are looking for a Paralegal to join our Legal Services Unit, working in the sub-team focussing on Scottish Real Estate work.
About the role
Our Scottish Real Estate team provides advice in property investment and development, asset management, renewable energy, planning and disputes, disposals and acquisitions and our clients include large development companies, banks, energy companies, pension funds, private investors and retail funds.
As part of the service provided by the Legal Services Unit to our lawyers, we are looking for someone to join our Real Estate sub-team which undertakes a variety of aspects of commercial property work.
Responsibilities will include :
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who has an ability to communicate effectively with internal and external clients of all levels.
You will have a keen eye for detail with the ability to use your initiative and you must be used to dealing with a large workload.
You will have a proven ability to organise and prioritise effectively and are able to demonstrate flexibility and the ability to adapt to change.
You will also have a strong academic background and although a strong understanding of the Real Estate process would be preferable, it is not essential.
