A Head Chef is required to take the reigns of the kitchen of a café bar which is mainly used for breakfast, brunch and lunch but is seeking a chef who can develop the café to offer food into the evenings too with a more a la carte’ / Bistro feel.
The menus at the venue feature modern, innovative dishes made fresh onsite by the team of two chefs in the kitchen. As Head Chef you will have the opportunity to put your mark on the menus ensuring that they feature exciting dishes that sell well and will attract new customers.
A Head Chef who has excellent all round cooking skills with experience working in and leading in small kitchen environment is needed for this role.
A creative chef who can bring fresh ideas to the venue in order to assist with the development of the venue is required.
It is important that as well as being a talented chef who is up to date on modern food trends that you are also a confident kitchen manager with excellent admin skills.
