In this role based in Chalgrove, you’ll join a well-established team in supporting adults who have complex physical needs and learning disabilities.
Leading busy, active lives and keen to try new things, they are looking for people to support them to do the things they enjoy both at home and in the community.
Waking night only contract's will be considered.

If you’re new to social care, we will support you gain the nationally recognised Care Certificate. If you have experience as a care assistant or care worker in a care home, you’ll discover we provide plenty of on-

You’ll need good communication skills and a positive, patient approach. Respectful of people’s differences, you can build professional relationships and have a flexible approach.
You can work 24 / 7 shifts including weekends and evenings / nights. A full driving licence is essential.
