Location : Lytham St Annes
We are expanding our team in Lytham St Annes and require experienced Children's Support Worker to support a young baby with her complex care needs.
If you are committed, motivated, enjoy delivering one to one support and can build positive relationships with our service users and their families, this could be just the position you're looking for!
Our service user is a baby girl with clinical care needs, she is currently residing in Royal Manchester Children's hospital.
We are working hard to get her home as soon as possible but we need a fantastic care team in place to do so.
We offer full comprehensive training to support all clinical needs but require your invaluable Health Care experience to assist with any social, personal care needs, medication administration and moving and handling.
We work hard to build close relationships with our service users and their families as we understand the importance that we play in their lives.
