A day in the life of a Property Manager at haart in Fleet

  • Book and conduct property inspections
  • Administrate new tenancy agreements or tenancy extensions / renewals
  • Facilitate tenants’ on moving in day (check in) and moving out / contract end date (check out) procedures
  • Co-ordinate with contractors in regards to maintenance and / or repair requirements
  • Returning tenancy deposits once the check out procedure has been conducted
  • Discussing and resolving rental arrear queries
  • Processing eviction requests in accordance with the necessary legal requirements
  • What you need to bring to the table as a Property Manager

    Demonstrable track record of delivering Property Management or 5 star customer service

    Confidence in using multiple systems, whilst working under time sensitive and high volume workloads

    A reputation for delivering outstanding customer service and a drive to work hard

    Extensive and up to date knowledge or a willingness to learn industry legislation

    Enthusiasm to learn and continuously develop your knowledge and skills to drive your career within the property industry

    What’s on offer to you

    Basic annual salary from £22,000 up to £31,500, dependent on experience. Your on target earnings will be £25,850 up to £37,013, which is based on your basic salary + Performance Related Pay from £3,850 up to £5,513, which is earned through :

    There may be a requirement to work from home on occasion so we are looking for you to be self motivated and proactive

    The finer details

    We are currently conducting some interviews using video software. To be eligible to proceed in our recruitment process, you will need :

  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK (in accordance with the Immigration Asylum and Nationality Act 2006)
  • We’ll need evidence of your right to work in the UK, in the form of :
  • Passport / Birth Certificate
