About the Job :

In a nutshell, reporting directly into Eda, our Head of Business Development you will be working on highly strategic projects that directly contribute to the growth of the UK market.

These projects will have high visibility from the CEO and the Senior Management Team. The best part about the role is that, working in an e-

commerce business, you will be able to leverage our consumer data to drive decisions with high business impact. Success in this role is to identify and prioritize the initiatives we need to take to drive our market leadership further through data driven analysis and get directly involved in their step by step implementation.

On an ongoing basis, you will :

â Lead or input on key strategic, cross functional projects with high business impact

across different areas (pricing, product development, retention, marketing etc)

including analysis, recommendations, testing and rolling out

â Complete qualitative and data driven analysis to identify critical growth & business

improvement levers

â Drive quarterly roadmap prioritization for the Business Development team

â Support the Business Development team in improving subscription retention for

HelloFresh UK

â Actively manage and report on our project portfolio

â Present recommendations to the CEO and Senior Management Team and explain

how they are supported by data

â Work with cross functional stakeholders and build strong relationships with the

relevant global and local teams at HelloFresh

Example business questions you will need to solve :

  • What drives customer retention and churn patterns in the UK business? What drives loyalty? How should we shape our root cause analysis to drive our retention boosting initiatives?
  • How can we test those initiatives?

  • Does our pricing strategy need reassessment? How can we support that decision through modelling of different scenarios and running sensitivity to measure the impact on profitability and other relevant KPIs?
  • How can we pilot our top 3 initiatives through AB (or ABC) tests to support our final decision on which direction to take?
  • How do we set up and analyse results from a conjoint analysis or an A / B test to better understand our customer’s willingness to pay?
  • How do we translate that into our pricing architecture?

    Who you are :

    â You have 2-4 years experience in a top Management Consultancy, or project management experience preferably within an e-

    commerce or subscription-based business

    â Data driven decision making is your bread and butter

    â You have led your own modules of work or projects and ideally supported the implementation of them

    â You get things done efficiently and have no problems operating in a high growth business environment with some degree of uncertainty

    â You have a strong degree from a top class university

    â You are a proficient analyst with strong skills in excel and preferably other tools such as Tableau etc

    â You are a great presenter of ideas, both on Powerpoint and through verbal explanations, meaning that non-analysts can easily grasp the insights behind your great work

    â You have experience working with multiple internal stakeholders and leading a prioritisation process for you and your team
