SUSHI CHEF : . We are looking for sushi chef with at least 2 years experience for a production kitchen providing mainly deliveries and events.
Around 20 to 30 hours a week - the hours vary, but are mainly during early mornings until 6pm. Including weekends on occasion.
Occasional events which may be for the whole day from 10am to 10pm. Precision, speed and cleanliness are essential as is a good knowledge and passion for good sushi.
There may be long working hours for events, finishing late in the evening. Flexible with working hours. Due to the nature of the business, we are always looking for freelance sushi chef with flexible hours looking as extra work to your main job.
