The Front Desk Guest Service Associate will interact with our Members and Guests at the Front Desk. The successful candidate will work in an office environment and his / her duties will also include working as a Reservations Agent and At Your Service Agent.

The successful candidate will be well groomed, have good customer service skills, be able to work well as a team and problem solve.

Job Requirements

  • Prior related front desk / hotel reception experience
  • A positive can do’ attitude, a good, clear telephone manner and a well-groomed appearance
  • A warm, engaging personality and be able to communicate fluently in spoken and written English
  • Flexibility to work variable shifts, including weekends and public holidays
  • Good computer skills
  • Multi-lingual skills - an advantage
