Due to continued growth, Acrelec UK is looking for a Key Account Manager to improve proximity and
understanding of businesses in the retail sector, managing existing relationships through multiple
stakeholders and focusing on identifying and qualifying new accounts to ensure sales volumes rise
and excellent customer service is consistently delivered.
Well established in the restaurant field, Acrelec are now looking to expand their digital offering into
the retail sector and we are seeking a commercially savvy salesperson who can develop and grow our
market share by presenting our capabilities and offerings to a wide range of retail clients, acting as a
single point of contact for any queries or escalations. In addition you will upsell Acrelec products to
existing clients where suitable, combined with new business development.
Managing relationships with a variety of key stakeholders including IT Directors, Operations &
Marketing Directors, and Restaurant Managers, you will be adept at resolving problems and spotting
opportunities. Full training will be given on how Acrelec technology can benefit our client’s needs.
This is an exciting role for a commercial and outgoing individual who enjoys building and maintaining
relationships both face-to-face and remotely. It is expected that you will be on client sites for the
majority of your time in order to manage existing and new clients. Some international travel may also
We are looking for candidates able to combine hunting for new business with the responsibilities of
managing existing accounts, in order to increase sales from within our existing retail portfolio. You
will require lots of determination, a hardworking attitude and excellent interpersonal skills as you
will be speaking with high level decision makers. Success will come from building these relationships
and the ability to convey the unique selling points of the technology in order to increase sales.
You may already have an excellent track record in Sales, Business Development or Account
Management from a retail background and be familiar with EPOS, but more important is your ability
to spot upsell opportunities and an interest and understanding of how technology improves the

Localisation & salary
London, Liverpool Street (and 80% client sites)
£28,000 plus uncapped commission (50k-70k OTE)
