We are a full-service advertising and marketing agency for theatre, live entertainment, film, music, museums, galleries, events and attractions, working with some of the country’s leading organisations.

We are looking to recruit a Digital Media Manager, on a fixed term contract, to join our dynamic Digital team in our head office, in the heart of London’s West End.

Due to Covid 19, initially this role will be working remotely.

About The Role

  • Planning and buying digital media campaigns using industry tools and previous campaign data
  • Ability to plan and buy a true blend of Brand and Direct response activity
  • Support the rest of the Media planning team to provide integrated cross platform campaigns
  • Delivering new or emerging digital media buys for our clients
  • Negotiate best value and rates with media owners
  • Set and oversee best practice in all digital media campaigns and own the internal process for digital media planning, buying and reporting
  • Coordinate with digital production teams on creative content to support digital campaigns
  • Project manage tracking and tagging implementation in associate with web team and digital campaign assistant
  • Act as a positive, professional ambassador for our Digital Media Team, the overall Media Teams and the agency both internally and externally
  • Requirements

  • Essential skills;
  • In depth knowledge of end-to-end digital display media planning and buying, upholding best practises of quality control, delivery and brand safety
  • Extensive client facing experience, presenting and reporting in a clear, concise and client friendly manner, as well as being accountable for the client relationship day -to-day
  • Experience of planning, buying, delivering and reporting on integrated cross channel campaigns, with a focus on display, programmatic, video, mobile and connected real world (audio / DOOH / TV) digital media buys
  • UpToDate knowledge of key suppliers and contacts within the industry, a keen understanding of emerging suppliers and trends
  • Working knowledge of ad trafficking process and platforms including tag management and conversion tracking
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal including reporting insights to clients and colleagues
  • Excellent commercial awareness, maths skills, and numeracy
  • Microsoft Office particularly Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint
  • Positive attitude and curious nature
  • Desired skills;
  • Knowledge of biddable platforms either practical or strategic would be an advantage
  • An understanding of offline and broadcast media channels and how they work with display and biddable channels to create robust media campaigns
  • An interest in arts / culture
