About The RoleOur service centers play a pivotal role in the success of our business and are responsible for ensuring that we deliver potentially life saving medicines to an extensive network of local customers on a twice daily basis.
This is a vital and varied role, involving the accurate picking and packing of orders within the automated system, the medical bulk area, the fridge area and secure areas, and providing assistance in the the transport environment.
You should also adhere to all health and safety guidelines and maintain good housekeeping practices. About You You will take a pride in the accuracy of your work because you know how important it is to get the orders right.
You will need the physical ability to stand, bend and lift light goods. You will need to be Health and Safety conscious and have the ability to work un-
supervised at times. You will have good communication skills, both written and verbal. You will also have good numeracy and literacy skills.
You will have previous experience with a similar role and the ability to identify areas for improvement to processes, supported by a sound business case.
