OracleRetail Order Management System is an omnichannel retail solution that providesrobust order management functionality for many leading retail brands.

Itmanages direct-to-consumer orders received through a retailer’s website, callcenter, and retails store as well as manages the inventory to fulfill theorders.

TheSenior / Consulting Sales Representative is responsible for selling consultingservices solutions to existing and new customers so as to facilitate theirsuccessful implementation / operation of our solutions.

Therole is to focus on growing and developing our business whilst maximizingConsulting revenues and margin.

  • Youwill need to work closely with both the internal Oracle license organizationand external partners in order to grow consulting revenues;
  • equally importantwill be the ability to drive proactive consulting engagements into installedbase accounts and beyond.

    Itwill be important for the individual to be a team player who can work closely,and at times demonstrate leadership of a multi-

    functional team across LicenseSales, Consulting Delivery, Pre-sales and selected Partners and set upsuccessful virtual teams for each relevant account.

    Youwill manages the sales process; from account planning, opportunity development,service solution development, internal approvals, negotiating through tosignature and booking of a consulting engagement.

    Youwill works in close collaboration with the EMEA Practice Directors on thedevelopment of work effort, scope, timeline, price estimates, and deliverymethod to promote agreement and a smooth transition from sales to delivery.

    Youare accountable for an EMEA annual quota and quarterly sales booking target.Quota and quarterly targets are retried through your own bookings as well asthose executed by the Practice Directors within existing accounts.


    Detailed Description and Job Requirements Responsible for sales of Oracle consulting services. Responsible for selling the Oracle consulting services.

    Develops new accounts and / or expands existing accounts within an established geographic territory, industry, product segment, or channel.

    5-8 years of relevant field sales experience. Able to develop strong internal relationships. Able to network and develop strong business relationships with customers such that they turn to Oracle for their resource needs.

    Able to generate leads and submit proposals to the client utilizing a broad knowledge of Oracle service offerings. Able to generate consulting services and nurture and close the transaction.

    Job duties are varied and complex, needing independent judgment. May have project lead role.As part of Oracle's employment process candidates will be required to successfully complete a pre-
