We’re looking for a General Manager to be responsible for running and leading the entire team and managing all operations at our restaurant, The Ivy On The Square .

As a General Manager you will need to meet all financial and operational expectations of the restaurant, while exceeding guest expectations and maintaining a strong team.

The pace is fast and the standards are high, but if you are passionate about delivering an exceptional guest experience, it could be a great next step in your career.You will :

  • Maintain responsibility for the overall strategic planning, development and success of the restaurant alongside the Head Chef.
  • You’ll understand, articulate and communicate financial targets and create and execute plans for department sales, profit and staff development.

  • Build and maintain effective relationships across the business, acting as a figurehead for the restaurant and driving improved productivity, turnover and profitability
  • Fully understand what The Ivy Collection offers and enthusiastically ensure all team members are proficient in this area and can effectively communicate to others
  • Have a great front of house presence and manage and motivate a large team, leading the recruitment and training of team members and management
  • Exceed guest expectations by providing exceptional service and staff management
  • Have extensive experience as a General Manager within the hospitality industry, demonstrating an up to date in depth understanding of the industry What’s in it for you?
