Position Overview
First and foremost, we're looking for an enthusiastic, results-driven and personable candidate, who's keen to learn and grow within our business development team.
In this role, you'll be responsible for creating excitement about HiveMInd Consulting and the value we can provide to clients.
You'll research and identify new business opportunities, initiate first contact through outbound phone, email and social channels and generate new business leads.
You'll be coached in managing business conversations with potential exec-level clients to qualify opportunities for our advisory and consulting services.
You'll get to work alongside an extremely passionate, supportive and experienced team, in a fast-growing scale-up business, establishing a career with a leading consulting industry disruptor.
This is a remote / home based role so requires a strong work ethic with confidence to work autonomously.
Progression
We're initially hiring for 2 of these roles, looking to promote within the first year to a Team Leader position within a growing team, with the opportunity to also progress into an account director role within a similar timescale.
