Salary up to : Competitive As a People Tech (Workday) Business Analyst you will : Be comfortable working as part of a cross-functional team in a fast-paced agile environment Work with employees and third parties to gather and document requirements, which are easily understood by business and technical teams Document and analyse as-is and to-be business processes using established modelling methods (e.

g. BPMN) - identify alternative solutions, assess feasibility, and recommend new approaches which drive business benefit and adoption Apply a structured methodology (e.

ADKAR) to change efforts and influence stakeholders to do the same Assess the risks and impact of proposed changes on our people and the overall readiness of our people to lead change Develop people related risk mitigation plans to drive adoption and benefit realisation Create a business readiness strategy to drive adoption and benefit realisation and identify resource needs to deliver those plans;
  • communication plan, training plan, coaching plan, involvement plan, stakeholder management plan and resistance management plan Evaluate and ensure business readiness and adoption Measure benefit realisation associated with the evolution of Workday Key Skills Required : Proven product knowledge of Workday HCM, Recruiting and Payroll Experience working as a Systems Business Analyst Experience with modelling business process and systems (BPMN, CATWOE, BAM) Commercial acumen (able to analyse and prioritise based on business benefit) Skilled in industry standard tooling such as Jira, Confluence and Office 365 Good prioritisation skills so that you can balance your workload in a fast-paced / multi-project environment Resilience and tenacity with a propensity to persevere Methodical and organised approach A passion for people (HR) technology Other skills which would be advantageous : Previous experience as a Workday Business Analyst Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools Skills in user experience design and prototyping Project management skills Experience working in the hospitality / retail industry Agile methodologies Previous experience implementing and landing new people (HR) technologies Have a change management certification(s) / qualification(s) At Nando's, everyone is welcome.
