Job Title : Deputy Manager (RMN / RNLD). Location : Sheffield. Salary : £33,550 - £35,610 + £1,000 welcome bonus. Service Type : Brain injury or other neurological condition.

We are looking for an experienced Nurse to work as the Deputy Manager for a Brain Injury and Neurological Care Centre in Sheffield.

This service is for individuals who have already undergone rehabilitation and still require further therapy to reach their optimum level of recovery.

The residence have a brain injury or Neuro conditions who are unable to live at home independently. We also provide a short stay respite for those individuals who live at home but who could benefit from a change of scene. Your role will include;.

  • Providing clinical leadership to nursing team and ensure the provision of high quality.
  • To ensure high quality individualised person centre standards of care are delivered to all patients.
  • Ensure the effective supervision and development of staff.
  • To take charge of clinical area. It is essential that you have experience as a Senior Nurse or Deputy Manager within a Brain Injury or Neuro setting.
