Summary of the role
You will be responsible for the management bookings functions across all sports facilities. The role will ensure compliance with relevant policies and procedures and ensure high-level customer experience is attained.
You will process bookings using the Leisure Management System (Xn Leisure), ensure all required compliant paperwork is completed, ensuring priorities are adhered to for bookings, raise invoices and ensure payments are made, act as account manager’ to selected major bookings, liaise with colleagues across the University and support the Business Team.
The successful candidate will raise invoices using the University finance package and will need to be able to track and monitor payments.
You will need to have excellent communication, customer service and problem- solving skills and the ability to demonstrate initiative and scheduling own workloads.
Discussing tasks with a variety of teams within the Sports Office is an essential element of the role so the ability to communicate confidently is essential.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications is important, previous experience with electronic bookings systems would be desirable.
