You will be responsible for providing administration support to the Buying team and ensuring that all aspects of the buying process are running smoothly and efficiently.
Within this role you will be managing the critical path to ensure all deadlines are met to ensure timely delivery of stock.
Additionally you’ll manage the approval process, chasing suppliers for buying samples / Outstanding approvals / fit samples, and complete all admin for the department.
You will report directly to the Senior Buyer and with the absence of an Assistant Buyer on the department there will be plenty of opportunity for you to take on additional responsibility and progress your career rapidly within this growing organisation.
For this role you will need relevant qualifications such as a degree in Fashion or similar, experience of retail from the shop floor up and be able to demonstrate first class administration skills.
