We're looking for a Digital Marketer to join a cross-functional group of creatives who are responsible for communicating Palantir's work and values.

As a part of our rapidly growing Demand Generation team, you'll be responsible for the strategy, implementation, and management of effective digital marketing campaigns.

You will build strong partnerships with the field marketing, product marketing, and sales teams in order to understand our customer's journey inside and out.

You'll also be an analytical thinker capable of thinking outside of the normal digital marketing box.This role is an opportunity to embed deeply within a unique company and highly technical environment.

You'll need to stay current on our software product developments and effectively communicating / creatively messaging the value they add for our current and future / potential clients.

The role and its surrounding organization are still being defined, and though you'll need to navigate effectively in ambiguity at times, it's also an opportunity to help shape this area of the business.

Core Responsibilities

  • Partner with Field Marketing and campaign owners to execute and optimize paid media efforts.
  • Analyze and report on digital advertising and website metrics to increase lift and conversions.
  • Manage Google Analytics, , hotjar, and 6sense reporting both tactically and strategically to understand our online digital experience across the website and digital advertising channels.
  • Work with website stakeholders to improve the user experience, SEO, and conversion rate on
  • Maximize return on overall paid media investment through data-informed optimizations across ad types, ad platform, content type, and targeting strategy.
  • Operate using systems and tools currently utilized by the team (e.g. Microsoft Office, Adobe, Contentful, 6sense, Marketo, Salesforce, etc) or have the ability to quickly adapt to them.
  • What We Value

  • 5+ years of relevant SaaS B2B marketing experience, including experience across social media, programmatic, and SEM platforms.
  • Deep understanding of digital channels, including, lead flow, marketing operations, pipeline management and metrics and leveraging data-driven digital marketing technologies in demand creation.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally to execute successful multi-channel digital campaigns. You can calibrate a room of peers and / or stakeholders to achieve alignment and pull levers to generate revenue.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time to other Palantir offices, external conferences, and field events.
  • Fluency in French, German, Spanish, or Italian preferred.
