You will be responsible for the delivery of marketing for our dental practices. Coordinating and delivering marketing support to our customers within the dental industry.

Working closely with the Design team and Regional Support Managers, you will be part of building and forging strong relationships with all stakeholders.


  • As the conduit between the dental practice and the Design Team, create, and submit design briefs to our in-house design studio providing them with a clear specification on literature to be designed for the practice;
  • work closely with designers to meet both practice expectations and deadlines on all items.

  • Support the practice with a full suite of marketing collateral to assist with the effective promotion of their membership plan.
  • Lead the onboarding of new practices into the business handholding the practice through the process and understanding their full marketing needs.
  • Manage the practice rebrand journey, helping the practice to realise their practice vision then working closely with the Design Team to produce concepts for discussion
  • Support the e-learning and resource hub with the creation of content that practice members would find insightful, helpful and value adding.
  • Proofread all literature at various stages ensuring that factual accuracy, grammar, and design consistency is of the highest standard, prior to submission.
  • Obtain quotes for clients on chargeable design and print work, dealing with invoices also.
