In this collaboration between Worldwide Operations ACES and Ops Tech IT, we are looking to add a new member to our team who will be responsible for transforming the way in which Amazon Operations worldwide are supported by IT technology.
In this role, you will learn from an experienced team of tenured ACES professionals and be the leader in charge of finding and driving the biggest continuous improvement opportunities in the Ops Tech IT organization.
As a Program Manager in Ops Tech IT ACES, you will drive continuous improvement activities for the organization. Through your work, you will have a global impact in Amazon Operations worldwide.
The Team will find and prioritize the biggest opportunities in all arms of Ops Tech IT, with a strong initial focus on Benchmarking and Standardization.
As an ACES leader, you will use Mechanisms to ensure the sustainability of the solutions you implement.
About the organizations involved :
Ops Tech IT provides 24x7 global IT support to Amazon Operations, including Fulfillment, Sortation, Logistics, and Last Mile.
We also provide operational support on behalf of key partners including Amazon Fulfillment Technologies, Ops Tech Infrastructure Engineering, Amazon Robotics, Amazon Warehouse Control Systems, and Amazon Lockers.
In Worldwide Operations ACES (WWOA), we have the vision to enable Amazon to become the world’s benchmark for Operational Excellence.
To support this vision, WWOA identifies high-impact initiatives and develops, deploys, and sustains scalable mechanisms to continuously improve WW Operations.
This role will require up to 50% travel once the pandemic subsides.
