This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified and experienced Music Therapist to join our multi-disciplinary team at Charlton Farm, to provide a music therapy service to children / young people and their families using the hospice.
Working with our Lead Music Therapist and music therapy volunteers, the successful applicant to this new post will develop and implement programmes of music therapy for both individuals and groups.
Applicants must hold a recognised Music Therapy qualification and have membership of the Health Professionals Council and Association of Professional Music Therapy.
You should have experience of delivering music therapy, ideally working with children with life limiting conditions; disability or other long term conditions.
