You'll act as a mentor for Sales Executives, support the wider Management team and aspire to progress in a fast-paced and targeted environment.

Duties, Responsibilities & Person Specification
To facilitate the selling of vehicles and to maximise profitability through the sale of finance solutions and insurance to customers.
To oversee the sales process, ensuring all sales activities are systematically managed, including direct negotiation with customers if required, to ensure that deals retain maximum profit, and that customer satisfaction is delivered to the highest possible standards.
To control and monitor customer database, ensuring that all information is being entered, updated and used correctly and in line with brand and JMG requirements.
To offer coaching and training, where required, and to ensure that all Sales Executives remain aware of current and relevant consumer law, market conditions and competitors activity.
To conduct and participate in the Sales Executive performance management process in collaboration with the Sales Manager, including monthly and annual performance reviews, induction and personal development support.
Experience required :
Strong organisational, communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience of working in the automotive sales industry, ideally within an F&I and supervisory role.
Experience of working as part of a team with shared objectives and personal performance goals.
Sound financial and commercial understanding and awareness.
Ability to interpret financial and other statistical information.
