What you'll do
Newcross Care Assistants are responsible for promoting dignified and independent living through life-enhancing care and support, encouraging our users to live the life they wish to lead in line their care plan.
Your assistance will be required with personal care activities, social activities and clinical requirements such as observing, monitoring and recording patients' conditions.
3 operating system (or later), with internet access to manage your rotas and timesheets via our mobile app
If you have a NVQ2 / SVQ2 in Health and Social Care or currently work in a care assistant job you could be fast tracked through our recruitment process.
