Client visits are minimum of 1 hour so no rushing!
Regular clients at regular times
Excellent pay rates plus mileage
We focus on our Carer and Client relationship, supporting you with full training, client introductions, regular clients at regular times and minimum 1 hour visits.
Care Assistant Benefits :
Minimum one hour visits - we don't do 15 or 30 minute calls!
Our Care Assistants visit regular clients at regular times
We introduce you to new clients to make sure you feel confident and comfortable
Our pay rates range from £10.00 to £12.25 per hour
Your clients will be local to you - so no long commutes!

Training is provided, so no previous experience is required - just the right attitude!
An experienced office team will always be on-hand to provide guidance & support
We focus on your career development and sponsor our CAREGivers through QCF level 2 Training. Our mentor team will also guide and support all new employees through completion of the Care Certificate.

Responsibilities of a Care Assistant :
Support our local clients - ensuring they continue to live independently in their own homes for as long as possible
Ensure that the environment in which they live is safe and clean
Provide companionship based care and support
Provide ongoing, continuity of care
