Summary

We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated, enthusiastic and experienced Teaching Assistant.

Monkton Park has a strong reputation in the local community and a warm welcoming staff team. The successful candidate will be supported by classroom teacher and we will provide a full induction.

We are looking for someone who :

Can quickly form good relationships with pupils, parents and staff.

Has a positive and enthusiastic approach

Would love the challenge of supporting children’s learning in class in addition to that of focused groups

Be sensitive to and promote children’s wellbeing

Will bring a sense of fun to learning in the classroom

Hours of work : 2 days a week (Thursday and Friday)

Contract type : Permanent

Closing date (and time) : Tuesday 12th July

Interview date : tbc

Commencement date : To be confirmed following interview depending on circumstances of successful candidate
