We are Right at Home Cardiff & Newport, a Premium Quality Home Care Provider. We are looking for a passionate and ambitious Senior Care Assistant with a strong care background to join our friendly, forever growing team.

    This role is a key role which will play a vital part in ensuring that our service users receive the best in class quality care and support the growth of our business.

    Your day to day duties

  • Provide the most exceptional personal care to all our clients
  • Train and support your care team
  • Identify areas of development within your team and create action plans to support improvements
  • Develop, review and update care plans to meet our clients’ needs
  • Work seamlessly with our office team to ensure the operation runs smoothly
  • The ideal candidate will have

  • Minimum of two years experience of working within a health and social care setting
  • The desire and passion for supporting and training your team
  • Experience of promoting wellbeing through a positive attitude and work ethic
  • Ability to demonstrate a genuine passion for delivering excellent care
  • Able to demonstrate good organisational and leadership skills
  • Hold a full UK driving license and have access to your own vehicle
