Key Responsibilities

As a Compliance Administrator , you’ll support the operational teams to deliver an efficient compliance service across the contract, by reviewing compliance data, maintain supplier relationships and administer audit paperwork, including job sheets and certificates where required.

You’ll also process incoming mail ensuring the relevant requests are actioned accordingly, and ensure the relevant approvals are in place for process P-Card Transactions.

What do we need from you?

The successful Compliance Admin will have previous administration experience, with an ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines, will be a proficient user with Microsoft Office & SharePoint, and able to coordinate effective working relationships between internal and external stakeholders.
