The Semcon HR & Recruitment team are now looking for an additional Recruiter to join us. Based at our offices in Warwick, the role will involve delivering the end to end recruitment proces from candidate attraction, employer branding, Hiring Manager tools and processes, candidate selection, offer and onboarding underpinned by a focus on the employee experience to fulfil the business’ resource and competence needs.
This is a high volume recruitment role, covering a large variety of positions for both our Engineering and Product Information businesses with both contract and permanent opportunities.
Key Objectives Proactively identify target talent groups and support and deliver strategies in how to attract potential talents Proactively develop and maintain a pipeline of candidates through leveraging appropriate sourcing methods aligned with hiring needs and the Strategic Workforce Plan (where applicable) Ensure adherence to and continuously improve the organisation’s recruitment framework Proactively collaborate with Hiring Managers to identify local short term hiring needs Agree job specifications with Hiring Managers Proactively research, advise on and select appropriate sourcing strategies in line with requirements Maintain collaborative relationships with recruitment suppliers Promote and follow up on employee referrals Create and post job adverts Track candidate applications Support the offer management process Collect, analyse, follow up and make suggestions for improvements on lead recruitment measures Follow processes and routines in Semcon’s management system Support special Recruitment projects in association with HR peers Contribute to local HR and Recruitment objectives and activities while ensuring business area alignment Interact with and work alongside HR peers across the organisation Experience Required End to end recruitment experience Ideally recruitment agency background Ideally Engineering recruitment experience high volume temp & perm Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in cross functional teams as well as in an international matrix organisation Ability to prioritise work;
