We have an opportunity for a Product Technologist to join the Food and Drink team, based at Bettys Craft Bakery in Harrogate.
Reporting to the Product and Innovation Pâtissier, this role will work with the Product and Innovation team in the creation and development of bakery and catering products by providing up to date and accurate recipes, allergen and nutritional information which are supported with precise costing information for new and existing products.
The role will also manage the food and drink development platform (Hamilton Grant) and process timelines that sit around the product development programme.

This is a full time role, with hours from 7am to 4pm Monday to Friday, however some flexibility is needed to work earlier shifts to meet the needs of the role.
