Description : We are looking for an experienced, dynamic, innovative, resilient and containing individual to join us working with children, young people and their families within the newly formed 0-
18 multi-disciplinary Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS) team in NHS Grampian.
This 0.5wte Band 8B Clinical Psychology post is part of a novel service development and will provide psychological input to the newly formed dedicated multi-
disciplinary CAMHS Unscheduled Care (USC) / community based Tier 4 Team. Extensive experience of working autonomously with young people with complex and / or Tier 4 clinical presentations is required.
Demonstrable skills in and experience of clinical risk assessment and management in CAMHS are essential.

We are currently implementing an exciting redesign which has formed an across the age range service, with geographically based teams.
Formation of a MDT CAMHS USC team is part of ongoing service developments. We are part of the North of Scotland Regional Tier 4 Network, and share a close relationship with Dudhope Young People’s In-patient Unit.
and to be part of a service undergoing new developments. One to one, peer and multi-disciplinary supervision structures are in place to support professional reflection and growth.
There is an active monthly CPD programme.
Extensive experience of working collaboratively with other professional groups and partner agencies, and evidence of published research and audit projects will be an advantage.
